Questions we hear a lot
I'm already under a lease with another vendor. Can you do anything?
Usually yes — it depends on how far into the term you are and what the agreement says. Leah reviews the contract, explains your buyout or early-exit options in plain language, and tells you if the numbers don't work. There's no pressure to move before it makes sense.
Do you work with individuals or only businesses?
Businesses. Leah works business to business — offices, clinics, firms, schools, churches, and government agencies. Most new relationships come by referral from another business she already takes care of.
How fast is service if something breaks?
Platinum dispatches fast, local technicians from offices in Beaumont, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Humble, and Tomball — a real person responds when you need them, not a national call queue.
Are toner and supplies included?
They can be. Platinum offers managed print with supply replenishment and ongoing support, or you can order supplies as needed. Leah will lay out both so you can compare.
Can you trade in or remove our old copier?
Yes. Trade-in, removal, and return logistics for the outgoing equipment can be part of the conversation — mention what you currently have when you reach out.
What does it cost to lease a Sharp copier?
There is no single list price — the monthly number depends on the machine, the term, and how many black-and-white and color pages you actually run. Leah quotes against your current invoice so you can compare like for like, and she shows the equipment cost and the cost per page separately instead of burying them in one number.
What happens when my lease is up?
Most copier leases auto-renew unless you give notice inside a specific window, so the end of the term is the one time you have real leverage. Leah flags the auto-renewal and return clauses in your agreement, sizes a Sharp replacement to your real page volume, and times the swap so there's no coverage gap.
Do you sell anything other than Sharp?
No. Leah sells and supports the Sharp line exclusively — Sharp multifunction copiers, printers, and the service and supply program behind them. If Sharp isn't the right fit for what you need, she'll tell you that rather than push a machine.
Do you work with small offices, or only large accounts?
Both. Leah works with offices, clinics, firms, schools, churches, and government agencies of all sizes across Texas. A single machine for a small office is a normal conversation, not a favor.
Which areas of Texas do you cover?
Beaumont, Houston, Dallas / Fort Worth, and Tomball. Platinum Copier Solutions runs local offices in Beaumont, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Humble, and Tomball, so service and delivery come from a nearby technician.
How do I get started?
Send Leah your current copier invoice or fill out the short questionnaire on the contact page. She reviews what you run today and what your agreement says before she calls, so the first conversation is about your numbers rather than a generic pitch.
Tell Leah where you stand
A few questions and she can do the homework before she ever calls you. Name and email are all that's required.
