Chat messages are also saved in the site’s backend. When you ask Pia to contact Leah or provide lead details, those details may be included in a client record and email notification. AI providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy practices; this policy does not promise that third-party providers never retain information or use it for their own permitted purposes.

Do not use Pia to share confidential or regulated information. Ask Leah to verify recommendations, prices, lease calculations, and other important details.

Information is available to Leah and authorized personnel who need it to handle inquiries or support your business. Service providers process information for hosting, backend storage, account authentication, AI replies, and email delivery. The site uses Lovable Cloud and Lovable’s AI gateway, Resend for inquiry emails, and Google when you choose Google sign-in or use Pia’s current AI model.

Inquiry emails may be sent from a verified bookme.bet subdomain on behalf of this site, with replies directed to Leah or the person making the inquiry.

Relevant information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. The website does not include an advertising audience or data-sale feature; this statement is limited to the website and is not a representation about every independent provider’s practices.

The website uses browser storage to remember your Pia conversation identifier and maintain sign-in sessions. Visit measurement uses a session identifier in session storage. Authentication and hosting providers may use cookies or similar technologies required to operate and secure their services.

You can clear or restrict cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out, interrupt chat continuity, or prevent some features from working. Clearing browser storage does not delete conversations or client records already stored on the backend. Contact Leah to request deletion of those records.

The site does not currently provide a dedicated response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Contact Leah with questions about privacy preferences or legally applicable opt-out rights.

Different records serve different purposes: inquiries and chats support follow-up, client and order records support ongoing business relationships, and operational logs support reliability and security. Retention depends on those purposes and applicable contractual, recordkeeping, and legal obligations; this website does not specify a fixed deletion schedule.
